Psychotherapy

Why Psychotherapy?

To be truly integrated both the mind and the body should be in optimal health.

Psychotherapy is a collaboration between the client and therapist. Also known as “talking cure” it is an intersection of modern, traditional and technological approaches. Our therapist focuses on the whole person to help navigate through life challenges that patient may be facing. The therapy is appropriate for those with diagnosed mental emotional disorders as well as those looking for help in being their best selves through exploration of relationships, careers, family or relationship with self. This supportive, therapeutic relationship is a structured tool based on principles and technique. The relationship is strictly professional and confidential. All our therapists have attained a graduate level degree or higher allowing them to use the title psychotherapist. The title counselor may or may not have the skills or training to provide psychotherapy.
